Produced by hot extrusion or hot perforation + cold rolling/cold drawing. Suitable for high pressure and high reliability applications (such as oil well pipes, high pressure heat exchange pipes).
Formed and welded by automatic welding (such as TIG, plasma welding, laser welding) of plates/rolls, followed by cold rolling, sizing and heat treatment. Suitable for large-diameter, medium and low pressure pipeline systems. Weld quality is a key control point (100% non-destructive testing is required).
