The nickel content is not less than 99.0%. By controlling the carbon content below 0.02%, the risk of carbide precipitation in high temperature environments is effectively avoided. The precise ratio of trace components such as iron ( Less than or equal to 0.40%) and manganese ( Less than or equal to 0.35%) in auxiliary elements not only maintains the purity of the material, but also optimizes the processing performance.

Corrosion resistance of Ni N02201 sheet
First, in reducing media, its surface passivation film can effectively resist the erosion of strong acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. secondly, in the face of strong alkaline environments such as sodium hydroxide, it remains stable even when the concentration reaches 50% and the temperature rises to the boiling point, more importantly, in molten salt and dry halogen media, its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of ordinary stainless steel.
Cold rolling of Alloy N02201 sheet
During cold processing, it is recommended to control the deformation amount of each pass within 15%, and the intermediate annealing temperature is preferably 700-850 degree .

Tungsten inert gas welding (GTAW) is preferred for welding, and the purity of the shielding gas must reach 99.998%. Rapid cooling after welding can avoid excessive grain growth.
Heat treatment of alloy 2.4061 plate
Annealing treatment should be kept in the range of 760-925 degree and then quenched in water. When the treatment temperature exceeds 540 degree , the sulfur content in the furnace should be controlled below 50ppm to prevent sulfur embrittlement.
